All farm-to-table food served at Mar de Jade is prepared with great care, attention and love. They focus on offering healthy, local and when possible, organic products. They serve vegetarian dishes as well as fresh fish, seafood, and some chicken.
We are happy to accommodate special dietary restrictions such as allergies, vegans or vegetarians, gluten-free, dairy-free, etc. All of our raw foods are carefully disinfected and washed with purified water. Purified water is also provided for drinking.
“El Rancho”, a 19 acre Organic Farm 7 miles from Chacala, grows the abundant vegetables, fruits, and legumes for Mar De Jade, such as: banana, mangoes, limes, tamarind, hibiscus, passion fruit, jicama, cucumber, lettuces, spinach, arugula, carrots, beets, beans, corn, peanuts & more.
