Ancient traditions theorized, and Quantum physics has shown, that everything is made of energy. And everything, including us, manifests according to the vibration of that energy.
In this interactive workshop, you will learn how to raise your personal vibration to help you feel happier, more at peace, and connected. We will use movement, meditation, mindfulness techniques, and practical exercises to help you reduce stress, and feel your best in body, mind and spirit. And you will learn about several simple things that you can do every day to raise your vibration and keep it high, even in the face of adversity.
This workshop is open to all students, no prior experience required. Please dress comfortably. Participants will receive a spiral-bound journal and herbal tea.

Mary began her yoga and meditation journey at age 11. She practiced many different styles of yoga over the years. Called to be a healer, Mary earned a PhD in Developmental Psychology, focusing on how bio-psycho-social factors influence healthy human development throughout the lifespan. She is a registered yoga teacher, Certified Life Coach, Reiki Master, and has studied herbalism, shamanism, feng shui, mandalas for healing, West African dance, tai chi, and Past Life Regression.
