A workshop on Holistic Menstrual Cycle Education
The permission to flow with the natural rhythm of our cycle isn’t something many of us have been given. We are cyclical beings living in a non-cyclical world. This workshop will explore the unique hormonal, emotional and energetic components to each phase of the cycle.
We'll also cover practical ways to integrate this work, a holistic approach to menstrual pain and premenstrual intensity, phase-specific rituals, boundaries and the communication of needs, the connection between your menstrual cycle and your creative self, cycle awareness as environmental activism, learning to navigate your cycle with a partner, tools for dropping into the body, amongst others.
Understanding our cycle is understanding the way our body works. Knowing our cycle is knowing ourselves. Connecting to our cyclical rhythm is connecting to the rhythms of the earth and creation. This education is our birthright.
