Originating in India more than 5,000 years ago, Ayurveda is considered to be one of the world’s the oldest healing sciences. In Sanskrit, Ayurveda means, “The Science of Life” and encourages the maintenance of health by living in tune with nature. Through this workshop, Stephanie Wright - an Ayurvedic chef - will share how you can use herbs as your medicine to make personalized elixirs to keep grounded and balanced as we transition into fall.
