Meditate | Move | Brunch

Join us for a morning meditation to awaken our primal core senses followed by a movement practice that will get the blood flowing and unlock the body! We’ll culminate with a zoom brunch!

A shopping list will be provided a week before the event so you can gather ingredients (similar alternatives will be just fine) and follow along with the guided cooking brunch segment.

MENU

Hug in a cup – Vitamineral Earth with nut milk and wild honey

Main Dish – Avocado bowl with sautéed greens drizzled with lemon topped with grilled mango salmon and served with a scoop or herb quinoa

Refreshment – Freshly Blooming: green mint tea served over ice with flowers

Drinkable dessert Wild Milk: Coconut or nut milk, banana, wild honey, hemp, chia, flax, greens, cocoa, and coffee served over ice.
