Are you stuck at home amidst a mountain of canned goods and TP? Got the quarantine blues? It’s the perfect time for a life-affirming breathwork session.

Chris Keener, Goldenair Breathwork creator, will provide you guidance and motivation through a powerful, but easy to learn technique. Whether you’ve done breathwork before or not, this practice is guaranteed to BLOW YOUR MIND!

Breathing along to an inspired soundtrack, we’ll hyper-oxygenate the body to access an extraordinary state of consciousness. In this state, we melt stress, anxiety, and energetic blockages. We gain access to major shifts in perspective, and hear from an encouraging voice within. We may even experience bliss and transcendence!

What you’ll need to prepare:

  • Computer or cell phone w/ access to Zoom (app installed)
  • Spotify with a premium account (so there’s no ads) (RECOMMENDED)
  • a good way to hear the audio (headphones or bluetooth speaker)
  • a place to lie down with minimal distractions
  • a mat and blanket (or 2 blankets – try and get cozy)
  • an open mind
  • Best done on an empty stomach!
