So let’s move our bodies to deepen our written practice! In this workshop In this session we’ll go back to basics to practice foundational elements of powerful writing and asanas. We combine writing workshop techniques with pranayama breathing and yogic movement to ignite the integration between our left and right brain. Mindfulness practices encourage our synaptic pathways to open so that we can make the unconscious conscious. Communicating what we need to say in the best way possible is an important skill we can bring to every life pursuit, so let's tune in, open up, and write it out. You’ll build strength and endurance in your body while you approach language anew, as well as have the opportunity to share your writing, offer feedback, and create an interconnected, dynamic space in the yoga room that can fold over into future workshops and between peers.
