Please join us for this free virtual course and enriching odyssey through the elements of inner work. We will explore various tools, resources and pathways to support equanimous navigation during times of immense challenge and radical change.
We will be offering guided meditations, practical tools for self-observation, conversations with special guests, breakout sessions for intimate chats, and good company.
