"Life consists of only moments, nothing more than that. And since this moment is the only moment that we ever have, nothing matters more than this moment!"

The word “Mindfulness” has become a wellness buzz word recently. Even recent full features of Time Magazine have been dedicated to it.In this 2-hour workshop we will learn Mindfulness is and is not, as well as the current research on its benefit and risks. Gus will lead a standard mindfulness practice followed by inquiry, with time for Q&A.
