“EXPERIENCE LIFE IN ALL POSSIBLE WAYS -

GOOD-BAD, BITTER-SWEET, DARK-LIGHT,

SUMMER-WINTER. EXPERIENCE ALL THE DUALITIES.DON'T BE AFRAID OF EXPERIENCE, BECAUSE THE MORE EXPERIENCE YOU HAVE, THE MORE MATURE YOU BECOME.” - OSHO

MICHELLE BERLIN AT THE SACRED SPACE MIAMI

Come learn the signature meditation that OSHO used with thousands of followers for so many decades. Was he a mad man or a genius? We know that the dynamic shaking meditation he taught is a powerful, active meditation journey that will bring oxygen to the body, liberation to repressed emotions and a clear mind for meditation. Students will be blindfolded and taken through 5 stages of breath, qi gong, shaking meditation and dynamic movement set using curated tunes that connect you to the binaural rhythms of the body. The last half hour will incorporate a sound and Handpan meditation.

If you have seen Wild, Wild Country, a documentary, that highlights the life of OSHO and his community you are aware that Osho began amassing worldwide followers because of his more lenient views on sexuality, relationships, his penchant for wild dancing, and his unique “transformational tools” of meditation that he brought to those looking for enlightenment.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER:

Michelle Berlin began her path of yoga many years ago which transpired into teaching in 2007. After a car accident created multiple spinal injuries, and her doctors told her the only option was major surgery, Michelle began looking for alternative treatments. She decided to take the lead in her own healing and began studying and practicing Iyengar Yoga. Now her body is in great health and her mind is steady. She decided to open a yoga study in the Wynwood Art District of Miami where she could share her love of the practice to the community and people she cares about.

While in India, she studied at the Iyengar Himalayan Center to learn yoga therapy techniques to work privately with people with injuries. Complementing that avenue of yoga, she has completed several Thai bodywork trainings which she incorporates in her one on one yoga sessions. Her passion is travel and yoga and leads healing yoga retreats yearly.
